Interactive Mural

At SXSW 2017 we created a touch capacitive wall to spotlight Capital One products in a subtle & playful way by incorporating the unique culture of Austin, Texas into a mural. Custom animations and sound effects were activated when guests touched the glowing hotspots. This piece was featured on Snapchat's SXSW feed and reached over 18,000 views.

Objectives

  • Increase awareness and credibility with digital/tech talent by showing what Capital One is doing to change banking.
  • Spotlight products and provide target consumers with high level insights as to what those products do.
  • Create an engaging experience that guests will want to share on social media.
