Currently working at Capital One on an internal Physical Experience Design team establishing brand loyalty through tangible, multi-sensory experiences using physical and digital mediums. People are beginning to spend more money on moments that enhance their lives (and their Instagram/Snapchat feeds) rather than on material things, experiences are the new product.
